Leadership Engagement Workshop
A two Day Leadership Engagement Workshop was organized on 15 and 16 February 2014. The session was organized with the objective of introducing the Senior Leadership Team of Shri Vishnu Educational Society to the emerging trends in Leadership.
The opening remarks of our Chairman Sri K.V.Vishnu Raju, "Connecting the Dots", set the tone for the program in which he envisaged the need to connect discrete ideas and develop a comprehensive picture. Vice Chairman Sri R Ravichandran's remarks set the expectations on the workshop. Dr. V Raghunathan, CEO-GMR Varalakshmi Foundation, made a brilliant start to the program with a very engaging session on "Discovering Yourself". The participants were taken on a reflective journey of self awareness.
The afternoon session by Mr. A Gopala Krishna, Director and Head HR, Skyworth India Electronics Pvt. Ltd introduced the participants to the changing trends in management and leadership. It was an interactive session with the participants evaluating their style of leadership.
The session on 16th February by Mr.Umashankar Aditya Kotturu, CEO & Co-Founder, Doctrz was uplifting. It was a workshop on thinking, opening new avenues for the participants to think deeply and differently donning different hats. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Sri Aditya Vissam Joint Secretary, Sri S Ramkumar Director (Finance), Sri J Prasad Raju -G M Administration, Dr.M A K V Raju Director-Vishnu Dental College, Principals, Vice-Principals of all the educational institutions of SVES participated in the workshop.
